Ed Perez, Commercial Real Estate Specialist and Land Development Advisor, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial history and leadership to the organization. Ed is a visionary executive with 30 years of executive management experience and a proven track record of developing and consulting various business operations. His disciplines include Commercial Real Estate, Development, Financing and Acquisitions. As a consultant, Ed assists clients in the areas of Housing Development, Commercial Development, Project Management, Governmental Relations, Community Relations, Planning and Zoning, CUPs, Entitlements, Land Use Development, Site Acquisitions, Construction and Financing. Mr. Perez plays a lead role in all aspects of the management process from deal sourcing, transaction negotiation and execution, to business consultant and senior advisor. Mr. Perez is a former congressional candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 34th Congressional District. His community service includes being a Planning Commissioner for the City of Anaheim from January 2005 to April 2006. Mr. Perez sat on the Budget Advisory Commission for the City of Anaheim from 2003 to January 2005. From 1999 to 2002, he served as Planning Commissioner and Chairman in Santa Fe Springs, California, responsible for Review of Site Developments, Planning, CUP’s and Policy on City Government planning issues. Today, he remains active on master planning development projects.

Mr. Perez received his MBA and BBA from Golden Pacific University with an emphasis in Management and Administration and Business Administration (post-secondary programs). He has earned numerous certificates in Effective Business Communications and Project Management distinction from the AT&T School of Business, Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Management Association (AMA). He is a past member of Downey Association of Realtors. Additionally, He is currently affiliated with F10 Hotel Advisors based out of Florida.

Ed holds a Real Estate license and specializes in Commercial Real Estate, financing, Investments & Hotel Acquisition. He brings over 30 years of combined Real Estate, Land Use Planning, Site Development, Business Administration and Management experience. Ed Perez is known for his expertise and public relations, finance and has developed working relationships with domestic/foreign banks, hedge funds, equity/debt fund managers, high-net-worth individuals, investment bankers, Mr. Perez has also provided comprehensive financial and business services and strategic advisory for capital and transaction structuring and execution, including risk mitigation models, contract negotiations and documentation and business/marketing evaluations. In addition to acting as a Financial Consultant and Financier for his clients, Mr. Perez remains active as senior land development consultant under EP Development.
